K200d is definitely bulkier than the k100d. They are pretty close though. The K20d is larger of course, but I would say it is more ergonomic as well. The grip on the K200d is fairly small/skinny and doesn't add too much bulk, while adding a full set of 4AAs for extended life and it is also weather sealed along with the body. I've owned the k100d, k200d and k20d at one point or another, for reference!
Also just a note, the kit lens that is included with the kit above is NOT weather sealed, though pentax does have a WR weather resistant 18-55mm version that can be purchased relatively cheap used (around $100 or a bit more typically).
