Forums like this one have no mechanisms for purchasing, they're just an electronic bulletin board which allows individuals to arrange a private transaction. If you decide to purchase an item you see for sale on a forum, the seller provides his email address and you can pay for the item via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, I'm 99% sure you can just pay via credit card through PayPal.
