Spring: Center Church on the New Haven (Connecticut) Green. This was taken from the highest window above the belfry in North church. EP3 with 9-18mm @ 9mm
Summer: Lake Champlain, Vermont. Colchester Point, where we usually take a camp for a week in August. KVG did not specify that it HAD to be Mu43... this is my Lumix FZ150. I just love the colors this camera renders.
Autumn: I have campaigned this a little here, so this should be familiar. A small lake near to where I live. Stopped one morning this fall when I knew the clouds, colors and the mist might yield a keeper. EP3 with Lumix 7-14mm @ 7mm.

I almost didn't participate in this thread just because I didn't think I could possibly narrow down 3 favorites
These are my 3 favorite shots of 2012, taken with m4/3 - not necessarily my most popular or even my best work maybe, but the ones I like best. Most interesting to me was that while there were a handful others that I could have chosen equally, a large percentage of my absolute favorites are all B&W shots.
GX1 + 12mm f/2.0
GX1 + 12-35mm
GX1 + PL 25mm

Here are 3 of mine (in no particular order):
1. Sunrise in Lancaster County, PA
2. Fly Fishing on the Schroon River, Adirondack Park, NY
3. OK - so this one's heavily photoshopped - but I like it anyway because it involved the use of fill flash which I was trying for the first time.

Here are my 3.
1. This photo was taken at Paris’s Grand Palais, Paris during the Daniel Buren color project.
2. this one was hard to take because of the low light condition.
3. I took this one with the sun in front of me. In the editing I have succeded to remove the milky cast from the photo.
