does the e-p1 have a hotshoe? I would have thought that the CTR-301 trigger would just trigger the CTR-301 receivers?

not sure what your getting at then?

So the 301 trigger, triggers the 301 receiver? Is the issue that the 301 receiver doesnt trigger your speedlight via the hotshoe? If not, then you will need to just get a small sync cable between the 301 receiver (not there are 2 versions one with a sync socket, another with a test button) and the speedlight.

Yes. The RF-602 transmitter can be put in any hotshoe and fire a remote flash - up to 100' in my experience. Alternatively, the same units can be used as a remoter shutter release. Connect the receiver to the USB port of the camera (requires correct cable) and trigger with the transmitter.

The remote flash is, of course, in Manual or (if it has an internal sensor) Auto mode. The setup does NOT support TTL interaction with the camera.

Hope this helps!
