Well as I had mentioned in my last blog, I have a few more projects on the go other than my reconstruction of the old kodak (which was my first, but by far longest), and the first project to start after and finish before is done! I have built a mechanical shutter release cable bracket that allows me to use an old-school cable on my new E-PL1.

Two children are intrigued by water spouting from the ground. The boy turned his attention away from the fountain, focusing on the girl, just as I took the shot.

Flyby's granddaughter, Hannah, in repose. Experimented with the E-EP1's built-in flash using it pointed at the ceiling. I was surprised at how well it did. ISO 1000 with very little noise, too!

Sorry for the delay in posting - life got hectic for a few days. I found this leaf with the interesting pattern. The rain drops seem to add an additional component to the shot.

He's a good sport and this photo does not do him justice but it's my P.A.D. and we need to get our photos in!

I collect ViewMaster, SightSeer and PhotoScope 3D reels and other Stereo items.

For some years I used a Jules Richard Verascope F40 35mm camera with modified lenses (see recent sale here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Verascope-F40-...-/300399600210) and Sawyers ViewMaster cameras and cutters for personal ViewMaster reels.

Then I moved to digital - Canon G2, then 300D and now to the Olympus E-PL1 with 14-42 and Konica Hexanon 57mm f1.4 (great lens).
