Working Out Is Good For Both Body And Mind

Posted Yesterday at 09:26 AM by keshiai

Two perks for having a healthier body could be a slimmer waistline or getting more compliments about your looks at the beach. At the beginning of any new resolution to get fit, the goals are usually physical in the sense of how you appear to others. In maintaining the motivation to do this, we usually use our minds to envision ourselves when we have changed our bodies and this keeps us going. In attaining our physical goals, an unexpected benefit can then be that we also improve the health of our...

After almost a year with 4/3rds....

Posted January 8th, 2012 at 11:04 AM by Exposed

Having my Olympus E-pl2 for just about a year now I have found it a great little camera but with some drawbacks. Coming from a 25 year film background and only about 6 years of digital I still am just learning about digital.

The Olympus is a great everyday camera, not something I use as a primary camera on a paying job but I have used it as a backup and it has done very well. There are really only two things I find a drawback to using it full time. One being IQ on those times...

AbsolutStreets

You certainly have some exciting shots. I think a number of them would greatly benefit using a smaller aperture as you have used in "Pasar malam". Shooting wide open, or nearly wide open, has affected the composition of "D 24". Here the vendor whom I believe was intended to be the subject is out of focus while foreground fruit is in focus.

I wish I had interesting street scenes to shoot. Sadly main street in small town USA can be void of interesting folks.

Keep up...

Just got my own PL1 with the 14-42mm and 40-150mm lenses. Still waiting on my EVF (it's in transit ... ) and while...

olympus E-P3

Posted August 29th, 2011 at 03:36 AM by Daisey

Hi,
I'm new to M 4/3 and I need some advice.
Having carried out some intensive research I have come to the conclusion that I want an E-P3.
The subjects that I am interested in are family and general landscape.
I want a lens that will give me sharp images, therefore could someone advise me of a suitable lens that would work with the E-P3.
I appreciate that it's not only the lens needed for good results but the person operating the camera, but I do want the best...
